California Wills
There are many considerations that must be made when preparing a will - including whether to prepare one at all. Historically, wills were the preferred choice of estate distribution. That may no longer be the case, because for many the availability of trusts now provide many of the advantages of a will without its disadvantages. The treatment given to the debate here is cursory, and should not replace the advice of your financial adviser or attorney.
